Combining the best in DIY support with tangible pitching and media lead sharing, our program makes it efficient and cost effective for you to bridge the gap between total DIY and the one-on-one services that cost thousands of dollars a month. IBN is pleased to offer these services in association with Premium IBN member Sabrina Bouyahi of New York-based Push The Envelope PR.
Premium PR Program Services Provided:
Indie Beauty Box: each month, IBN shall collect by a specific deadline (set by PTE) products that participating IBN members wish to have included in the monthly Indie Beauty Box, which PTE shall send to an editor selected by PTE. IBN shall reimburse PTE for any packaging, shipping or delivery charges associated with each month’s Indie Beauty Box.
- Value: 350.00 per pitch
Pitch of the Month: each month, PTE shall for each participating IBN member pitch their products (either individually or as a line, depending on which is appropriate) to one media outlet that PTE, in its discretion, feels is appropriate for that particular member. On a monthly basis, PTE shall notify IBN of which media outlets which IBN member products were pitched to, so that IBN can then notify IBN members.
- Value: 450.00 per month
Monthly Indie Beauty PR Conference Call: each month, PTE shall participate in a conference call designed to share PTE expertise and media tips, to answer participating IBN member questions and to further participating IBN member participation in and benefits from the Premium PR Program. PTE and IBN shall decide which date works best for a call each month and IBN shall notify IBN members of the date and time of the call, and how to access it.

Purchased separately, the price for these services is over $1,300.00 a month! But by harnessing the shared power of the group, it's just $250.00 a month!! That's a tangible savings of $1,050. Plus by gathering together with others each month and online in between meetings, you get the added benefits of "Group Think" as we join together to collaborate and share ideas.
How It Works!
Applications are being accepted for admission into the program (which includes holiday gift guide pitches until mid-summer!) until April 15, 2009. To apply, simply send representative full-size samples of the 5 or 6 products you feel represent the best you have to offer to Sabrina no later than April 15, 2009, along with your application fee of $150.00. This fee covers Sabrina's personal review of your products, any collateral materials you include, as well as your website, blog and other online spaces as you direct.
Whether or not you are accepted into the program, Sabrina will meet with you personally by phone to provide feedback on your products and marketing materials. You will enjoy the consultation with Sabrina, even if you are accepted into the program. Such consultations usually cost several hundred dollars so even if you are not quite ready for this step, it's a great opportunity to get a media professional's feedback on your products!
