Our Mission
Welcome To Indie Magazine, formerly Handmade Beauty Business Magazine! For those of you who have been waiting, the long overdue Soap Issue is finally here and is being mailed out to members and subscribers now. The Soap Issue is the last issue under the Handmade Beauty Business name and supplies are limited.
Indie Magazine is a special interest publication serving readers who demonstrate an interest in improving their home and family lives by creating and/or beautiful products such as soaps, lotions, candles, home fragrances, perfumes, aromatherapy products and just about anything else that makes the world a better place. Indie Magazine has 3 main goals:
Beauty: to provide information, instruction, ideas and plans to help indie (independent) entrepreneurs from all walks of enjoy life and business on their own terms
Entrepreneurship: to provide insightful tips and educational features to help Indie entrepreneurs create and expand their niche in the exciting, lucrative and competitive global marketplace
Inspiration: to educate the public about the unique benefits of Indie-made products and services, the companies that make them available and the Indie business owners behind the scenes; and most notably, to highlight the accomplishments of members of the Indie Beauty Network
The Indie Beauty Network is dedicated to the worldwide community of independent manufacturers of beautiful products, and our platform is the ideal launching pad for the Indie Magazine. This magazine is the only publication of its kind, and is a logical natural extension of our successful weekly online newsletter, the Indie Experience. We feature easy-to-read, cutting-edge, informative articles with useful tools and information designed to inspire, stimulate and extend the visions of handmade beauty products manufacturers and hobbyists.
