Strawberry and Honey Clay Mask is great for any skin type, but most especially for oilier complexions. The strawberry seeds and juice exfoliate the skin while the honey and clay draw out impurities.

Selection of Handmade Soaps by Kare Handcrafted
Soaps
4.5 oz bars | $4.75
Whenever I enjoy a new bar of handmade soap, the first things that usually come to mind to tell you about are the fragrance and feel on the skin. I then usually focus on the color and any fabulous additives in the soap like herbs for texture or color and skin softeners like shea butter and virgin coconut oil.
While
I'll mention those things in this review, I really feel that the most
outstanding thing about KARE Soaps is their
shape. They are perfectly formed to fit comfortably and neatly into your hand!
Rectangular shaped bars are great, especially if the sides are beveled so that
the bar turns over easily. But these soaps are oval shaped and curved as you can see -- fat
in the middle where your hand is widest and narrower at the top and bottom. They
are also available in two sizes - guest and regular 4.5 ounce - all neatly
stamped with the KARE brand! Each bar is
made with olive oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil, cocoa butter, castor oil and
shea butter.
KARE Soaps lather easily and rinse clean. They are scented with fragrance oils in a variety of aromas from Granola Bar to Blackberry Sage (one of my favorites!). If you like really sweet aromas, you will find lots of them here -- Montana Huckleberry (made lavender-colored by the addition of alkanet root), Ebony and Lavender (with rattanjot for dark brownish grey color) and Sweetgrass Breeze (made light green with clay and kelp). A lot of the scents are unique to KARE so you may have to do some hunting to find ones that you'll personally like. You have to be really ready for a few of them, like Grandfather's Pocket, which smells like a tobacco pipe. I don't think I want to smell like a tobacco pipe after my shower -- and I don't want my man to either. But other more common aromas like Elizabeth Rose or Citrus Grove might be safer best for first timers. Experiment and Enjoy!
KARE Soaps and other are available at their website. You can also enjoy KARE's HBN member spotlight here.
